My newest home decorating project is my baby boy’s nursery. Since finding out that I’m pregnant with a boy, all I want is blue, blue, blue! So, with all the fun decorating options Cozy Wall Art offers, I was most excited to get the sweetest baby boy blue wooden blocks decals to scattered over the walls of my new nursery.
I collaborated with Cozy Wall Art because I love all their fun, colorful and custom options, especially their modern and abstract art wall decals, to create and inspire new ways to make your living space unique and artful.
At first I wondered if my impatient mind could get the decals applied without a headache and luckily they were super easy! Most of the decals Cozy Wall Art offers are in one piece but I decided to get creative and cut my alphabet block decals up and scatter them around the nursery. After placing them with tape to the walls, I simply took off the backing paper, pressed them into place with the supplied plastic squeegee to transfer the decal to the wall, then slowly removed the top transfer paper. They looked perfectly placed and they even stuck well to a wall-papered “brick” wall (though it is recommended to use them on a clean painted surface for best results).
The cutest part- I picked out my baby’s name from the letters to place them over where the crib will be. Since they are decals, I don’t have to worry about them falling off and into the crib while he sleeps.
Below are pictures of my nursery in process…
